1. Definitions

“Client”, “you” means any person or entity requesting services from ZZB Motive. “Services” refers to automotive locksmith, ECU and related work described on our Services page.

2. Quotes & bookings

• Quotes are valid for 14 days.
• Work begins only after written acceptance.
• Same-day call-outs incur a mobile fee disclosed upfront.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major UK debit/credit cards and bank transfer. Late payments accrue interest at 4 % p.a. above BoE base rate.

4. Cancellations

Mobile jobs: Cancelling within two hours of the scheduled arrival time incurs a £30 call-out fee.

5. Warranty

Parts and labour are warranted for 12 months / 12 000 miles (whichever comes first) unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability

ZZB Motive is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability for direct loss is capped at the fee paid for the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
